Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for a change of mind. However, under Australian Consumer Law, if the product is faulty, does not match the description, or has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy (refund, replacement, or repair) regardless of our change of mind policy. -
Purchasing the Wrong Item
If you purchase the wrong item by mistake, we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. Please note:- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
- We do not offer refunds or store credit for wrong purchases.
- We may provide an exchange for the correct item, subject to stock availability, if returned within 7-14 business days of purchase.
- Shipping costs for exchanges due to purchasing the wrong item are the responsibility of the buyer.

Missing Parts
If your return item is missing any parts, we will not be able to process the refund or replacement. Please check that all parts are included before initiating a return. -
Damaged Items from Assembly
We will not accept returns or issue refunds for any damage caused during the assembly process. Please follow all assembly instructions carefully to avoid any damage. -
Damaged or Faulty Items on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please contact us within 7-14 business days of receiving the item. You will need to provide clear photographs of the damage or issue to assist us in processing your return. This is required before sending the item back. -
Return Process
If the item is deemed eligible for return due to damage, fault, or wrong purchase, you may request an exchange for the correct item, subject to stock availability. All returns must be initiated within 7-14 business days of purchase. -
Return Timeframe
To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that any return is initiated within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty or damaged products. -
Refunds
- Refunds for Eligible Returns: If your return is approved due to damage, fault, or other valid reasons, we will issue a refund for the product price to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Third-Party Payment Processing Fees: Please note that any surcharges or fees imposed by third-party payment processors such as PayPal, Shopify Payments, or credit card providers (e.g., transaction fees or processing fees) are non-refundable. These fees are charged by the payment processors and cannot be refunded by RC One.

Return Shipping
If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. In the case of exchanges due to purchasing the wrong item, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the incorrect item and for shipping the replacement item.
