Shipping Policy for RC One
Free Shipping:
- Free shipping is available for all orders over $250 (before tax) within Australia.
- Excludes 1/14 scale trucks, which are considered bulk items and are subject to different shipping rates.
Flat Rate Shipping (Australia-wide):
- Flat rate shipping applies to all orders within Australia.
- The flat rate does not apply to 1/14 scale trucks, which require separate shipping arrangements.
- Please note, shipping for trucks is not included in the flat rate.
Express Shipping:
- Express shipping is available via Australia Post's express parcel services.
- Expedited orders will be shipped using Australia Post's express services for faster delivery.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed on the next available business day.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Bulk Items (1/14 Scale Trucks):
- 1/14 scale trucks are considered bulk items and do not qualify for free shipping.
- These items will have separate shipping charges, and different rates may apply depending on size and weight.
Tracking & Signature:
- All shipped orders will include tracking numbers, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
- A signature will be required upon delivery to ensure safe receipt of your package.
